NBK Bahrain Marathon Relay 2025

140 BD Per Team

Join us in this charitable fast 30 km relay race where teamwork is the key to success. Each team must consist of min 2 and max 10 runners. The team must complete 30km which is divided into 10 stages, each stage is approx. 3km. Each runner will run his/her stage and will pass a timing Paton to the next runner to continue the race, until the 10 stages is completed and the finish line is crossed.

The winning team will have the best timing among their categories. There will be 11 categories for teams:

  • GYMs
  • Sports & Social Clubs
  • Construction & Real Estates
  • Hospital, Medical Services
  • Hotel and Catering
  • Bank & Insurance and FI
  • Industrial Companies
  • Trading Companies
  • Transportation, Logistics and Airline
  • Universities & Schools
  • IT, Telecommunications and Media
  • Governments

must have valid CR in order to be categorized correctly.

Registration Fees
  • Price On October: 140 BHD Per team. (from 01/Oct  till 31/Oct)
  • Price On November: 160 BHD per team. (from 1/Nov till 18/Nov)

Cut off time:

After 5 and a half hours from race start time
Race time after the cut off time won’t be counted.

Team Timing:

  • Timing begins when the 1st team member crosses the Start Line.
  • Timing ends when the runner of the 10th stage crossed the Finish Line.
  • A timing Paton will be supplied to the Team Captain on the day of the race. It must be passed to the first relay runner and then pass on to each subsequent runner in the team until the finish line in order to record the timing for the team and be eligible for Winner Trophy. The timing Paton must be returned to the Race Organizers after the race to get the finishers medals.
  • Paton must be passed from runner to the other at each stage.

Number of Runners per Team:

  • · Teams are allowed a minimum of 2 runners and a maximum of 10 runners per team
  • No runner can run consecutive laps before getting permission from the organiser at the transition area.

Participant Package Details:

  • ·The T shirts and BIB numbers of the team will be distributed to the teams captains one week before the race date.

· Package will include:

  • Teams: Complementary T-Shirts, Bibs and the race booklet

Race Winners:

  • Trophies to Top three finishing teams and the 1st team in each Category.

Each race is unique in some form or another. Below are “Bahrain Marathon Relay” Race specific rules.

  • · Bib must be worn by each Team Member during the entire race and bib must be facing forward.
  • · Finisher Medals: Each participant will be awarded “Bahrain Marathon Relay” Finisher Medal.
General Race Instructions:
  • Treat all participants, marshals, volunteers and spectators with respect and courtesy.
  • All participants must wear their BIB facing forward during the race.
  • Headphones are not permitted.
